Registration and Group Management
- Grouping by Machine Type: Separate groups are created for each machine type (excavator, forklift, crane, grader, etc.) and trainees are assigned accordingly.
- TR ID Integration: Candidate information is verified via TR ID query and transferred to the system without errors.
- Digital Document Management: Medical reports, driver's license copies, and other mandatory documents are stored electronically.
Training Schedule
- Flexible Calendar: Intensive or half-day flexible lesson schedules can be created; official holidays are automatically excluded.

Practical Operator Training

- Practical Packages: Practical training hour packages are assigned to each trainee by machine type; remaining hours are displayed instantly.
- Schedule Conflict Check: Prevents booking two different appointments for the same machine at the same hour.
- Practice Report: Completed practical hours are reported in detail with printable forms.
Written and Practical Exams
- Exam Planning: Written and practical exam dates are recorded in the system and SMS reminders are sent to trainees.
- Exam Results: Pass/fail statuses are recorded and make-up exam rights are tracked.
Certificate and Operator License
- Operator Certificate: Machine-specific certificates are issued for trainees who successfully complete the training and can be printed as PDF.
- Certificate List: The list of all graduated operators is stored with filtering options.
- Official Reports: Attendance sheets and graduation lists to be submitted to the Ministry and MEB are generated automatically.
Financial Management
- Course Fee and Installments: Payment plans and installment tracking are created for each participant.
